This is probably one of my favorite finds. I had to use my full 5x optical and nearly all my 15x digital zoom to capture this little gem (so it's a tad grainy). You could barely see it with the naked eye from where I was. I've never seen a single white puff like that among such a large and nearly congruous blanket of dark and dreary storm clouds. It definitely instilled calming awe over me.
Beauuuutiful shot! It's amazing how you've pictured that nice little puff of cloud It's as if it's heading towards darkness, but bravely moves on without losing its purity. That of course is a personal interpretation and could sound like crap! I love the purple, too. Great job!
This is oddly familiar with me akin to our conversation originally on another piece. In that what you've described just synced perfectly with me once I heard it. I really dig what you've drawn out here and it's odd how when you articulate it, that's what I feel like I saw before hand, even though technically I hadn't put it in any sort of words. Perhaps I'm too suggestible that way, but honestly I don't know. Definitely sensed that feeling of contrast was there, going along the lines of purity versus darkness too. I really like the words you've used however to describe this. Thanks so much for sharing!
"descended like a dove" Is the first thing that came to my mind. Very spiritual awaking creation. Then the sillier side of me thought, "Oh good. Something has come to join the huph-a-lump" Truely a remarkable find and wonderful capture!
I love your insights Jlyvers, they are just fantastic and really help me to see how creative you are. "Descended like a dove", just love it, makes me think of the Holy Spirit, not sure if that's your reference though. Thanks for checking some of these out!
Great job!
